HOW TO COOK YOUR PIEROGIES
BOIL THE PIEROGIES:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add pierogies and cook about 5 minutes, or until they float to the top.
Drain and serve warm, with optional toppings.
PAN-FRY THE PIEROGIES:
In a large frying pan, melt butter or margarine.
Add pierogies and saute over medium heat until heated through (about 10 minutes).
Serve warm, with optional toppings.
Pierogies can be served with sour cream or fried/sauteed onions.
